- In a small saucepan, whisk together water, brown sugar, molasses, and spices.
- Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat; cook until sugar dissolves and mixture slightly thickens, 5 - 7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Cool completely, then pour into a clean bottle or jar.

Serving:
Stir 1 - 2 tablespoons into hot coffee or lattes for a cozy gingerbread flavor.
Storage:
Store sealed in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Shake well before each use.
