Fresh Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
  

  • 4 to 5 Roma tomatoes finely diced
  • ¼ onion finely diced
  • 1 jalapeno diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Dice the tomatoes and them to a bowl.
  2. Add the onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
  3. Squeeze fresh lime over the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and gently stir to combine.
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes, then taste and adjust seasoning.
  6. Serve fresh or refrigerate until ready to use.
