Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices bacon cooked
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • cups shredded Colby Jack or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Honey Mustard Sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Make the honey mustard sauce
    In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Step 2: Cook the bacon and mushrooms
    In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the mushrooms in a little butter or olive oil until tender.

    Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. In the same skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil and sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
