Easy Naan Pizza Recipe

These mini naan pizzas are quick, customizable, and perfect for family pizza night.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 - 6 naan breads
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese (depending on how cheesy you like your pizza)
  • toppings of your choice pepperoni, sausage, veggies, herbs, etc.

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 425 °F
  2. Place naan on a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper for easy clean up)
  3. Brush edges with olive oil if desired
  4. Spread a few spoonsful of sauce on each naan
  5. Add cheese and your favorite toppings
  6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden
  7. Cool for a minute or two, slice, and serve!
