Easy Dutch Oven Bread (No Knead)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 2 cups warm water

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and instant yeast.
  2. Add warm water and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Cover and let rest at room temperature for 3 hours.
  4. Turn dough onto a floured surface and gently shape into a ball.
  5. Place a Dutch oven with lid into a cold oven and preheat to 450°F.
  6. Carefully transfer dough into the hot Dutch oven.
  7. Bake covered for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove lid and bake for 12 more minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove lid and bake for 12 more minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Sticky dough is normal. Avoid adding extra flour for best texture.
