Method
- Shred or cut imitation crab into bite sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine imitation crab, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Sour cream adds extra creaminess but can be omitted.
- Adjust Old Bay to taste depending on how bold you like it.
- Best served chilled.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Not freezer friendly.
