Creamy Caramel Apple Cider with Spiced Cream (Hot or Iced)

Warm or chilled apple cider swirled with caramel and topped with fluffy spiced cream. A cozy fall drink you enjoy two ways.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup heavy cream cold
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar optional
  • ¼ tsp chai spice, pumpkin spice, or apple pie spice
  • ice cubes for iced version

Method
 

Hot Version
  1. Heat cider until steaming, stir in caramel, and pour into a mug
  2. Whip cream, sugar, and spice until soft peaks form
  3. Top cider with spiced cream and caramel drizzle
Iced Version
  1. Stir caramel into chilled cider and pour over ice
  2. Whip cream, sugar, and spice until fluffy
  3. Spoon spiced cream over iced cider, drizzle with caramel and enjoy with a straw
