Method
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Butter a 9x9 baking dish or 10 inch cast iron skillet.
- Toss apples with sugar, flour, lemon juice, chai spice, and salt. Place in dish.

- Mix topping ingredients, cut in butter until crumbly.

- Sprinkle crumble topping over apples.

- Bake 40-45 minutes until golden.

- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
If you double the recipe, go for a 9x13 inch dish and bake for 50-55 minutes.
