Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples peeled and cored
Crumb Topping
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup butter cold and cubed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F
  2. Line a 12 muffin tin with liners or grease the muffin cups
  3. Blend together crumb topping ingredients with a pastry cutter or a fork until crumbly. Set aside.

  4. Mix the dry ingredients - Whisk flour, sugars, apple pie spice, baking powder, and salt.

  5. Combine wet ingredients - In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla.
